● Our lockout devices are designed to lock ball valves in the closed position.

● The lockout device easily slides onto the valve’s lever, providing a secure fit and allowing for efficient lockout procedures.

● Lockout devices have provisions for attaching up to six padlocks (padlocks not included). This feature allows multiple authorized personnel to lockout the valve.

● Can withstand harsh industrial environments.

This product is available in two sizes:

● FMB11: Small Size – for ball valves with diameter from 1.3cm to 6.4cm, Max Handle Length 8 inches, Pipe Diameter from 12.5 to 31mm.

● FMB13: Large Size – for ball valves with diameter from 5cm to 20cm, Max Handle Length 10 inches, Pipe Diameter from 50 to 200mm.
